From the Anglosaxon tradition roastbeef is now considered a classic dish that we prepare in an excellent interpretation. The beef is cooked very slowly in a vacuum to produce a delightful soft and concentrated flavour.
Beef, extravirgin olive oil, wheat flour, salt, pepper, natural flavours.
Sauce: mushroom stock, Porcini mushroom, Champignon mushroom, extra virgin olive oil, natural flavours, garlic.
