roastbeef with mushrooms

From the Anglosaxon tradition roastbeef is now considered a classic dish that we prepare in an excellent interpretation. The beef is cooked very slowly in a vacuum to produce a delightful soft and concentrated flavour.

Ingredients:
Beef, extravirgin olive oil, wheat flour, salt, pepper, natural flavours.
Sauce: mushroom stock, Porcini mushroom, Champignon mushroom, extra virgin olive oil, natural flavours, garlic.
Allergen: gluten.

how to prepare

  • Remove from packaging (retail line). Remove the protection film/cover only after cooking.
  • INTO TRADITIONAL OVEN: pre-heat oven to 180°C; cook for 20 minutes at 180°C.
  • INTO MICROWAVE: 5 minutes at 600/700 W.

(If product is thawed/defrosted divide cooking times in half)
PRODUCT SHOULD NOT BE RE-FROZEN AFTER THAWING
